Whole School

In our assemblies during the school closure period we are focusing on how the children can keep themselves happy and avoid the dreaded ‘lockdownitis’. Our focus will be on: staying connected to others, being physically active, trying new skills, giving to others and paying attention to the moment (mindfulness). These are based on the NHS 5 Steps to Mental Wellbeing.
